Google Analytics Set To Launch Social Media Reports

Google Analytics has announced that it is set to roll out social reports, which aim to help businesses decide which tactics and channels drive interest and engagement with the business.
Google said in a blog post that the new reports aim to help identify the full value of traffic coming from social sites and measure how they lead to direct conversions or assist in future conversions it will also help understand social activities happening both on and off of your site to help you optimize user engagement and increase social key performance indicators (KPIs) and make better, more efficient data-driven decisions in your social media marketing programs.
According to the post by group project manager Phil Mui, the reports will measure social value provide a conversions report while also findng out how many visitors come from social media and how many engage with it.
